Kirsten Hubbard, Business & Development Manager
Kirsten's responsibilities includes managing financial processes, developing and analyzing budgets and membership data, maintaining the membership database, and managing fundraising and development activities. With fifteen years in non-profit experience, Kirsten will help guide FRCC as it grows to accomplish its mission and become a self-sustaining entity.
Kirsten has worked with a large array of non-profits, from global organizations such as World Wildlife and Sierra Club to the local animal shelter. Her roles have included database manager, capital campaign manager, direct mail and email planner, event guru, grant writer, program developer, envelope stuffer, sticker queen, parade walker and any manner of things that help promote a cause!
While not at the center, Kirsten enjoys watching her son play sports, beating her husband in badminton, reading Jane Austen, being a Star Wars geek, leading an active group of Webelos Scouts, and cleaning up after an ever-expanding tribe of animals.
