A 60-minute class that offers continuous full body muscle toning with light, but challenging, weight training intermixed with a variety of cardio moves and stretching. The body toning produces long and lean muscles with fat burning as a focus. All fitness levels are welcome, from beginner to advanced!

Exercise ScienceEnjoying an athletic upbringing playing soccer & lacrosse, living on Long Island in Syosset, NY, Susan realized her passion for health and fitness right after high school.“Helping people learn how to exercise correctly, lose weight, decrease blood pressure & cholesterol, increasing energy levels and feeling great about themselves brings me much joy!" says Susan. "I realized this was my passion and decided to make a career of helping people while staying fit myself. I believe finding what you love to do and making a career of it brings much joy to one’s life. I love what I do & it has never felt like a job!”Susan received her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Arizona State University in 1993. Soon after graduation she received her Certification as a Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer from ACSM – The American College of Sports Medicine. She interned at The Pointe Hilton Resort on South Mountain in Phoenix, AZ, while in college and became a Personal Trainer and Exercise Specialist upon her graduation. In the early years of her career, Susan worked with a wide variety of clients, establishing herself as a diverse and adaptable trainer. Over the past 20 years she has developed & implemented programs for Health Clubs, Corporate Fitness Centers, Community Education Programs, Senior Classes, Pre & Post Natal Programs, Fibromyalgia Classes, Aquatic Training for Arthritic Patients, Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Programs-Post Surgery, Sport Specific Training for Athletes and has Personal Trained Men & Women at all fitness levels.
