Seniors enjoy a wide variety of programs and activities at FRCC. We offer discounted senior membership rates for individuals 62 and up.

Healthy Seniors, a program for those 50 and over, meets several times a week for stretching and strength-building exercise, cardio classes, seminars, luncheons and much more. The program's free seminar series is OPEN TO ALL. Check our calendar for days and times.
