The yoga classes here at FRCC are geared for both beginners and advanced participants. Our Yoga classes consist of breathing exercises, a couple of flow series, a balance pose, and some floor postures, ending with a brief relaxing pose.  Yoga is a great way to strengthen your muscles, improve your breathing habits and relaxing the mind. By practicing yoga you will tighten your muscles all over your body not just one or two parts of your body because you are using a lot of different muscles throughout the practice. You are also working your biggest muscle , your heart. You will burn calories during your practice when you do the flowing series.

I have been practicing yoga for about 5 years now. I have been teaching for the last 2 years. 
Our classes are open to any age, we have had some children join us and they have been great.  Please come join us on Mondays  we would love to see you!
